Is there a good strategy for Keno?

Some friends tell me that there is just no way to come up with a good strategy for Keno. You just can't do the math to figure which number is going to come up. I say that in this case, I would go with picking a lucky number or numbers and stick with them. If you are going to change your numbers every time, you will have less of a chance of winning. I am pretty sure that consistency is key in this game.

I've only played Keno a few times and I can't find any rhyme or reason to it!

I think what most people do is pick the same numbers that have kept coming up. This is how you can find out which ones have been out there, I suppose. It's a tough game and not something I as a gambler like.
