The game is played on a standard reel set with a standard set of controls.

The backdrops are island scenes – beaches, volcanoes, etc – and a young woman, presumably an inhabitant of said island, who has not dressed for a business meeting.

This is an unusual game. Not many games are themed in this way, which – despite the focus on pretty girls – feels quite female-friendly with its flowers, fruits and animals.
