Mansion Group Closes MansionCasino and, Exits Spanish Market

October 28th, 2023: It’s official: Mansion Group has exited the UK gambling market this month. And in a sign of a failing strategy, the company has also announced its exit from the Spanish market.

The Mansion Group confirms the closure of its B2B brands, and, in the UK market, as reported by many gambling news outlets. After 20 years of operations in the UK market, the Mansion Group has surrendered its operating license in the UK. With this latest development, the company will end its entire casino operations in the country in less than two weeks. These sites will become permanently unavailable to players from the UK, but withdrawals of funds will still be allowed until December 31, 2023. This is a disappointing development for the company that was once aggressive in its efforts to compete with top gambling sites, including PokerStars. and exited the Spanish market

The two brands are taking a free fall with their move to exit two big gambling markets. Besides its move to exit from the UK market, it also chose to end its brand presence within the Spanish online gambling marketplace. Neil Gallacher, Chief Marketing Officer of Mansion Group, said, “The UK was for many years our core market, and we look forward to sharing 20 years of wonderful customer experiences with all our non-UK clients for many years to come.” and are two brands operated by the Mansion Group. According to the Mansion Group, things have not been easy for the casino brand and its MansionBet sports betting brand. “After careful consideration and evaluation of our business operations, we have made the difficult decision to close the B2C operations of our gaming brands, and,” said in a statement sent to Mansion Group affiliates.  

Christian Block, Chief Executive Officer of Mansion Group, commented, “After careful deliberation, we have decided to cease trading our MansionBet brand. The commercial decision was a difficult one, but it does provide an opportunity to focus on our casino brands, where we have a long history of excelling.”

They also assured their players that future winnings will indeed be paid out and the bets will be returned to them regardless of the outcome to reduce the impact of the site’s closure.  

The closure of and has been finalized, and it no longer accepts new registrations or deposits. The casino permanently stops gameplay, while withdrawals are still processed through different methods available in the casino. According to multiple news stories, players can still withdraw any remaining funds as they log into their account before 22:59 GMT on December 31, 2023.
