Race Casino Review
Race Casino Review
Interesting name! Race Casino is not a politically or socially controversial site, rather it is a site that has chosen as its main sales gimmick, the fact that it operates very quickly. To this end, the site’s meta description – the text you see when you get the site as a Google result – claims that the site uses the same technology as NASA. I’m writing this review on Microsoft Word, which I’m willing to bet NASA uses, and I suspect that this is a claim that can be made with the same sort of legitimacy.
The branding also calls Race Casino a “pay ‘n’ play” casino that claims you can play without registering an account. This is the basis of the high-speed claim, but you cannot do this in the UK.
The company’s site is bold and majors of primary colours and big game tiles – there is a huge selection of games here, around 1,000.
The site mascot is a big motor racing car, to highlight that speed, and the glamour and high-spending luxury milieu of the Formula 1 circuit we suppose.
The team behind this site is L&L Europe, which are a Maltese-registered company. They are licensed in Malta, and also the UK, and by the Swedish regulator.
L&L are licensed in the UK to offer remote casino services and sports betting. They have had 19 sites in their day and currently run nine. Among their no-longer-active sites are Karl Casino, Free Spin Casino and Svedal Casino (the company seems to specialise in Nordic customers).
Current label-mates of Race Casino include All British Casino, Fun Casino, and Yako Casino.
These are not white label sites, they are run by the company themselves.
The company is certainly legitimate and has lots of big-name gaming companies (like NextGen, Barcrest, and Blueprint Gaming, live games come from Evolution Gaming) listed on their front page, as well as great payment processing partners (including Neteller, Skrill and Trustly for bank transfers).
It’s easy to find out quite a lot about the site without signing up, so feel free to have a browse, to give you a head start in this Race check out our full review.
Race Casino Pros and Cons
Inside each casino site is a good world and a bad wolf… or rather, no site is perfect, you have to learn to realistically assess them (and perhaps put aside some marketing claims).
Let’s weigh up Race Casino.
1 – A Licensed, legal and legitimate casino site
If you’ve read any of our reviews then you will be bored of reading this:
Never ever play at a site that isn’t legal and licensed and that you are not legally entitled to play at.
This site is licensed three times over, but the one that UK players need to consider is the UK Gambling Commission licence.
This is granted to L&L Europe Ltd, of Northfields App 7, Vjal Indipendenza, Mosta, MST9026, Malta. The company’s licence is up to date and has no sanctions or actions against it.
2 – Racers: start your spinning!
There are around 1,000 slots at Race Casino, which is a lot. They come from good quality providers too, including Microgaming, NetEnt, Thunderkick, ELK, IGT, Barcrest and Nextgen.
They’re arranged in the usual style, but there is a fair amount of category listing that makes it easy to find games that you’re interested in – always a problem when there are so many titles.
New games seem to be added regularly, around one or two a week from the latest figures, with new titles by Blueprint, Plan’ GO, Greentube and 1X2Gaming added during March 2021 for example.
3 – Going Live
Among that game provider list, you’ll find Evolution Gaming. Evolution are probably the world’s biggest live casino providers, and when you see their name you can be sure that there is a high-quality live casino on offer at a site.
That seems to be the case at Race Casino, which has a big selection of games, and not just from Evolution. Along with their set of live casino classics and game shows you’ll also find games from Pragmatic Play, another of the biggest live casino providers.
Live casino games are listed separately, and you can click on the tab to list them all.
4 – PayPal
PayPal is the most popular e-wallet in the world. Most casinos offer a good selection of payment methods but some of them are very specific to the gambling world – we’re looking at you, Neteller and Skrill. PayPal is known and used across the Internet, and Race Casino say they support this payment method on their site.
5 – Design classics
Race Casino looks good. The design is dark and simple, but it’s very easy to find your way around the site and the look carries through all pages for a coherent whole. If you fancy a change of feel you can click on the “light mode” control and the sun comes out!
It’s a nice little touch on what looks like a decent site.
If only everything were perfect, but, sadly… so here are the cons for Race Casino!
1 – Promising a lot
High speed means what? To say you use high-speed systems is… I don’t know. My computer is high speed by historical standards, and most websites these days offer instant responses because they know if they don’t users will simply click away and find a site that does react properly.
As to the idea that the site is Pay and Play and that this is somehow different from other sites. We don’t really understand this claim.
Pay and Play according to content on the site means that you can hand over money without going through a full registration process. But we don’t think that is available in the UK because it wouldn’t be legal. It is against the law for anyone under 18 to play these games for real money and the only way to do that is via registration.
A quick glance at the terms and conditions confirms that all of them refer to a contractual relationship between players and the casino site, and include specific remarks about registered players. So, we don’t think this claim stands up too well.
2 – Heavy sell
The site is very heavy on marketing messages when you arrive, including a splash screen that’s hard to get rid of. Fair enough, we all know you’re in business, but showing the site in all its glory should be a better selling message than slogans.
3 – Family resemblance
This site is part of a wider family of casinos all run by L&L. You may well have played at their sites before, and if you don’t like their style – and these sites usually follow the same basic set-up with just superficial changes to the branding etc. – then you’re not going to have a great time at Race Casino.
While this is a legitimate business, we wish there were more genuinely independent casino sites.

Slingo is a variant that sits somewhere between slots and bingo. They are made by just one company and have proved hugely popular over the last couple of years.
Baking Bonanza, Slingo Lightning, Slingo Britain’s Got Talent, Bar-X Colossal, Monopoly Slingo, Slingo Cascade, and Slingo Reel King.
Bring in classic slots too, and this is the list that you get:
Bells on Fire, Winfall, Mega Joker, Hot Seven, Wild Times, All Ways Fruits, and Fruitastic.
Jackpot games usually means progressive jackpots. These are games that are networked across multiple sites, taking a tiny slice out of every bet made on every machine in order to deliver a massive jackpot pool.
There is no “ready to drop” tab at Race Casino. These are recent innovations that have a time limit on jackpot pay-outs.
Mega Fortune, Imperial Riches, Hall of Gods, Arabian Nights, Major Millions, Mega Moolah, and Mega Moolah Atlantean Treasures.

Video poker takes us back to the roots of slots, which were initially modelled on five-card poker hands. These games aren’t so fashionable these days but generally offer excellent value for players.

Bonuses at Race Casino
There’s evidence of tournament play at Race Casino, but the details were not fully published on the site.
When you look at bonuses please remember that they are designed by casino sites for the benefits of casino sites and rarely deliver what they promise in the player’s mind.
Please learn to assess casino bonuses properly and be prepared to turn down bonuses that don’t work for you.
Welcome Bonus at Race Casino
The Welcome Bonus at Race Casino is headlined as: 100% up to £100 + Always 10% Cashback
And the terms are:
Players can only use the live casino after they have completed the full wagering requirements for the welcome bonus. A wagering requirement is a sum of the player’s own money that must be deposited and played with before they can use bonus funds granted in offers.
The wagering requirement at Race Casino is 40 times the bonus. That would be £400 if you deposit the minimum amount, £10.
The bonus is valid for 30 days.
That means that within a month of signing up at Race Casino you must spend a minimum of £400 of your own money. You will no doubt win at least some of this back, but this is the way you should be assessing a welcome bonus.
When it comes to paying off your wagering requirement, video slots and slots (with a list of exceptions) contribute 100% of the money you spend on them towards the wagering requirement.
Live casino games, video poker, and table games contribute nothing.
There is a general maximum withdrawal on no-deposit bonuses of £75 (and a minimum withdrawal of £50).
If you win a big wager and then switch to low money, low-risk betting then – at Race Casino’s discretion – you can forfeit the bonus.
The maximum bet until the wagering requirements has been met is £5. So that £400 becomes at least 8,000 game turns.
Skrill, Neteller, and Ecopayz depositors don’t get the bonus.
The cashback deal requires players to make a claim when their balance is below €10 (or equivalent).
There is a further set of rules for free spins offers, but none are currently on offer.
As you can see, a welcome bonus has a very particular purpose for the casino. It looks very attractive and encourages players to quickly spend a large amount of their own money playing a lot of games in order to redeem a bonus.
Please consider bonuses in this way, and decline them if you do not think this is in your interests. The best way to think about bonuses is to treat them as a quick free tour and forget about any money you may win from them.
Loyalty Schemes and VIP
There is no loyalty scheme listed at Race Casino.
VIP schemes generally operate by invitation. The way to get invited is to spend a lot of money – make sure you do this safely.
VIP schemes might typically offer better terms on withdrawals, faster financial services, and personal services.

The site also promoted Bet Blocker, Net Nanny, GamBlock, and GamStop.
The Final Verdict
Race Casino is a decent site with a very large selection of games that is well worth taking a look at.
Let’s have a look at the good stuff first.
The site is clear to use and it is very simple to find your way around. The bonuses are also rather clearly explained and the wagering requirements omit some of the more egregious examples of restrictions that we have seen lately – only allowing bonus funds to be used for paying off wagering requirements.
There’s a load of games. Really, there are slots all over the grid of this race, with nearly 1,000 titles coming from great quality providers and a regular supply of new games keeps the interest coming too.
The live casino is great, with a massive selection of games. Not just Evolution Gaming titles either – you can play the smaller new selection of live games from Pragmatic Play.
Everything you need to see that this is a licensed, legal and legitimate site that you can use safely is in place. You can trust Race Casino and you can use this site safely.
The bad points are relatively minor. Some information was difficult to find and some things aren’t clear – we found different details about welcome offers and payment methods at different places on the site. And the site’s main foundational claim is a bit odd – you cannot play at a casino site in the UK without registering an account, and yet it is the main claim that Race Casino is a fast casino because you don’t need to register an account?! Make it make sense.
As to the claim that the site uses the same tech as NASA, well, that’s just silly and it damages the credibility of a site to make silly claims like this.
Otherwise, there are plenty of reasons to head to the start line.
